Helena Mueller joins Green Asset Wallet as Co-Founder and COO/CCO

A new addition has been made to the founding partners and senior leadership team of Green Assets Wallet, the world’s unique one-stop-solution for impact management and reporting of sustainable assets.

As Co-founder and Chief Operating and Commercial Officer (COO/CCO), Helena Mueller will run daily operations and orchestrate growth strategies in line with the commercial responsibility to grow the GAW impact ecosystem of debt capital market actors, including investors, issuers, validators, and financial intermediaries worldwide.

Helena is a well-reputed sustainable finance and banking professional. She has experience in starting new businesses and operations. Helena established and successfully grew the Climate Change and Sustainability advisory practice at KPMG in Sweden and already set her mark as an entrepreneur within the impact tech startup world. She co-founded Doconomy in 2018, an impact tech startup providing SaaS solutions and digital tools to banks and retail businesses to engage consumers and brands in global climate action. In her role as CCO the company won several global blue-chip clients, and established strategic partnerships with Mastercard, UNFCCC and S&P Global. Doconomy grew to over 65 people in three years.

Green Assets Wallet recently closed a funding round and since then has shown strong growth. Helena Mueller’s Bio

Helena, originally from Sweden, has held roles as Head of Sustainability and Climate Change Advisory at KPMG, Sweden and worked for many years as a Senior Sustainability Advisor at SEB Group, one of Sweden’s largest banks. She has supported transition journeys at the top 100 listed companies in the region, for example with ABB, one of the global leaders in the energy transition, with real estate and financial companies. Helena also sits at the Board of Telge Energi and is a trained Climate Reality Leader by Al Gore.

Helena has more than 20 years senior executive level experience within the finance and corporate industry and has been working in the intersection of finance, sustainability, and technology for more than two decades. She developed the first digital platform for climate engagement “Carbon Chaser” in 2009, an awarded solution, followed up by a platform and app-based focal point for corporate and retail clients and employees at SEB, “Sustainable Perspectives”.
