Mats is an experienced banker, active within the banking and finance sector for +25 years. He has held various senior executive positions and board of director assignments, within large Nordic financial/banking businesses such as SEB, Swedbank, Intrum and Resurs Bank.

The past years, Mats has engaged as an adviser and board member with a number of start-up and innovation driven companies within several sectors, but mainly within the space of Fintech and Green Finance. Mats has guided both companies and business operations – from companies with over 800 employees and +500 billion SEK in balance sheet accounts, to start-ups, from conception to launch and from commercialization to initial public offerings (IPO´s).
