Prior to GAW Nicklas has worked as a senior management consultant focusing on customer experience centric service and business design as well as innovation processes. Nicklas is also an expert in creating systematic cooperation, knowledge integration and collective intelligence in teams and organisations. A common theme in most client projects have been to support organisations in the transition into a new business paradigm.

Nicklas has worked 5 years at the Nordic/Baltic bank SEB where he held several positions such as Head of Savings and investment products, where simplification was a major contribution, and the SEB Way end-to-end programme, transforming the mortgage process to become significantly more customer centric.

Further to this, Nicklas have 10+ years experience of the global financial markets, working for Reuters Ltd in London and Geneva with focus on real-time & reference data, analytics, news and transactions related to mainly Fixed income and FX.
