Mats is an experienced banker, active within the banking and finance sector for +25 years. He has held various senior executive positions and board of director assignments, within large Nordic financial/banking businesses such as SEB, Swedbank, Intrum and Resurs Bank.

Over the recent years, Mats has engaged as an adviser and board member with a number of start-up and innovation driven companies within several sectors, but mainly within the innovative space of Fintech and Green Finance. Mats has gained solid business and growth understanding, by having guided both companies and business operations for start- and scale-up’s in Sweden and internationally – from companies with over 800 employees and +500 billion SEK in balance sheet accounts – to start-ups, from conception to launch and from commercialization to initial public offerings (IPO´s).
